The city of Fullerton borders La Habra, Brea on the north, La Mirada on the northwest of Fullerton, Buena Park on the west side of Fullerton and Placentia on the east side of Fullerton.

If you went in a straight line the city of Fullerton is approximately 11 miles (18 km) northeast of the Pacific Ocean.
