Fullerton Snow Day

Each January the city of Fullerton chooses a day to deliver tons of white frosty snow to the Brea Dam Park.

At the Brea Dam Park children can create snow people, have snowball tosses.

There are also three 75 foot sled runs.

Plus a special snow play selection for children age 5 and under.

The Fullerton Snow Day is limited to 900 people and the event fills up fast.

Fullerton Snow Day Admission

There is a fee for the Fullerton Snow Day.

The fee is approximately $20.00 for Fullerton residents and a higher fee for non-Fullerton residents.

Admission is free for children under 2 years of age.

Brea Dam Park is located at 1700 N. Harbor Blvd.

 

Fullerton’s Kids Fishing Derby

Every year the city of Fullerton offers children the experience of the fun-filled day of catching fish at Laguna Lake.

Children ages 3-15 can bring their own fishing gear or borrow fishing gear from the Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Fullerton’s Kids Fishing Derby day is dedicated to a day in April.

The date is subject to change due to incremental weather.

 

Fullerton’s Farmers Market

Fullerton’s Farmers Market is every Wednesday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Independence Park.

Independence Park is located at 801 W. Valencia Drive, Fullerton, California.

Fullerton’s Farmers Market offers a wide variety of fresh produce, flowers, plants, bread, and nuts.

The Fullerton’s Farmers Market is thought to be one of the oldest farmers’ markets in Orange County.

First Night of Fullerton

The city of Fullerton is the only Orange County Community to offer the First Night of Fullerton.

There are several hundred cities throughout the United States that offer the First Night event.

The First Night of Fullerton takes place on December 31st from 7:00 p.m. to midnight and is a popular family-oriented event.

The First Night of Fullerton event is an alcohol-free event that takes place in Downtown Fullerton.

Fullerton’s First Night of Fullerton showcases numerous musical groups, roaming entertainment vendors, family fun games, and activities, a variety of food vendors.

The sky’s of Fullerton light up with an incredible display of fireworks at midnight.

The firework displays rings in the New Year with cheer.

 

Fullerton Summer Concerts 

Enjoy a night of music under the stars at Fullerton Summer Concerts every Wednesday evening between July 11 to August 8, 2018.

Fullerton Summer Concerts are from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

You can enjoy a wonderful Fullerton Summer Concert with family and friends.

For comfort, you should bring a lawn chair and blanket.

There are food and beverage available for purchase.

You can also bring your own food and drinks and enjoy a picnic style evening under the stars.

Fullerton Summer Concerts are free.

Fullerton Summer Concerts Parking

Parking for Fullerton Summer Concerts is also free.

Concert parking is available at Lions Field and throughout Hillcrest Park.

Parking with shuttle service will be available in the upper and lower parking lots of the Fullerton Court Facility (North Justice Center – 1275 N. Berkeley Ave.)

 

Fullerton Market

You can find the Fullerton Market in the Fullerton Downtown Plaza area.

Admission is free.

The Fullerton Market offers live entertainment, produce vendors, a fabulous outside beer garden, an arts, and crafts area.

The Fullerton Downtown Plaza on is Wilshire Ave, between Harbor Blvd. and Pomona Ave.

Fullerton Market is open every Thursday from 4 to 8:30 p.m. from April 5- October 25, 2018.

From July through October you can enjoy live entertainment from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
